What is a trading discipline score?
A trading discipline score measures whether you followed your process: setup quality, risk planning, sizing, entry, stop discipline, exit discipline, emotional control, and review completion.
How does the spreadsheet calculate the score?
Each rule is marked Pass, Partial, Fail, or N/A. The spreadsheet applies your rule weights and calculates a 0-100 score for each trade and daily review.
Can I use it in Google Sheets?
Yes. The template works in Excel and can be imported into Google Sheets. Some visual formatting may look slightly different after import.
