1. Agreement to terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Jurnl-It, including the website, app, trading journal, dashboards, process reviews, insights, support channels, and paid Pro features. By creating an account, accessing the service, or using Jurnl-It, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use Jurnl-It on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or restrict access where needed to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Jurnl-It only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the service, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use Jurnl-It to violate another person’s rights.

You are responsible for the trade notes, screenshots, attachments, and other content you upload. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or contains sensitive third-party information you do not have permission to process.

4. Trading disclaimer

Jurnl-It is designed to help you record, review, and analyze your trading activity. Jurnl-It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice. No dashboard, score, metric, review, process review, or product communication should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any financial instrument.

Trading involves risk, including the possible loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your decisions, broker relationships, tax obligations, and compliance with applicable financial laws and regulations.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid Pro subscription. Subscription prices, billing cycles, renewal dates, and included features are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider; we do not store complete card details.

Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through billing settings or by contacting support.

6. Pro features

Pro features are available to active Pro subscribers only. We may add, change, limit, or remove features as the product evolves. We will not materially reduce paid functionality without a reasonable product or operational reason.

Insights, analytics, process scores, and other generated outputs depend on the information you enter and may contain errors or incomplete assumptions. You should review outputs before relying on them.

7. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, but your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in our Refunds Policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, abuse refund or payment systems, infringe rights, or expose Jurnl-It or other users to legal or operational harm.

8. Service availability and liability

We work to keep Jurnl-It reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, or affected by third-party providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jurnl-It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
