1. What is Jurnl-It?
Jurnl-It is a process-first trading journal. It helps traders record trades, attach screenshots, write notes, complete process reviews, track each behavior, and correlate those behaviors to results through insights in the app.
The goal is not to flood you with metrics. The goal is to make your trading review clearer, repeatable, and easier to act on.
2. Who is Jurnl-It for?
Jurnl-It is built for active traders who want to improve decision quality, not just track profit and loss. It can support futures, stocks, forex, options, crypto, and other markets where structured review matters.
It is especially useful if you want to separate good process from lucky outcomes, track rule breaks, and build a repeatable trading playbook.
3. What is included in Free and Pro?
The Free plan includes the core trading journal experience: trade tracking, process logging, dashboard review, notes, attachments, general metrics, and some core insights.
Pro is designed for deeper analysis, including advanced analytics, insights, process-to-P/L correlations, sequence behavior insights, time correlations, rule-break cost insights, and priority support.
4. Is my trading data private?
Yes. Your journal data is private to your account. We do not sell your trading journal data, and we use it only to provide, secure, support, and improve Jurnl-It.

5. Does Jurnl-It provide financial advice?
No. Jurnl-It is a journaling, analytics, and review tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it does not tell you what to trade.
Any insights shown in the app are based on your journal records and are intended to help your own review process.
6. Can I upload screenshots?
Yes. You can attach screenshots to trades so your review includes chart context, execution details, and other visual evidence.
Screenshots are treated as journal data and are covered by the same privacy and account protections described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Can I cancel Pro?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription through billing settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect according to the plan and billing period described in the Terms and Refund Policy.
